Mercer Health & Benefits Administration LLC is the insurance producer for the following insurers and insurance products. As the insurance producer, we will provide you with comparable quotes from the available insurers for your particular program and will work with you to select an insurer. Please note we may provide these insurers additional services which may include underwriting, billing, and premium collection. While other insurers may be available in the insurance marketplace, these are the only quotes we will be offering.

In accordance with industry custom, we are compensated through commissions that are calculated as a percentage of the insurance premiums charged by insurers. We may also receive additional monetary and nonmonetary compensation from insurers, or from other insurance intermediaries, which may be contingent upon volume, growth or retention of business. This compensation may include payment from insurers for marketing related expenses or investments in technology. Our compensation may vary depending on the type of insurance purchased and the insurer selected. The carrier(s) available to you include the following commissions in their quotes. Where permitted by law, when Mercer Health & Benefits Administration LLC conducts billing and collection of premium, we may also earn and retain interest income on premiums held by Mercer Health & Benefits Administration LLC on behalf of insurers during the period between receipt of such payments from clients and the time such payments are remitted to the applicable insurer.

Marsh & McLennan Companies and its subsidiaries own equity interests in certain insurers and have contractual arrangements with certain insurers and wholesale brokers. Information regarding such interests and contracts is available at www.mercer.com/transparency. Information on material ownership, if any, that a quoting insurer has in Marsh & McLennan Companies or its subsidiaries is available upon request.

*This Commercial Insurance Base Commission Schedule shall be attached to and form part of your Producer Agreement for Standard Voluntary Commercial Lines. This Base Commission Schedule and the rates of commission specified herein shall replace and supersede all previous Commercial Lines Base Commission Schedules and rates of commission effective on the date specified in this document.
